1. Open the MeroShare.cdsc.com.np website in your browser as a first step.
2. After opening the Mero Share website, a Forgot Your Password? button can be seen on the left side.
3. Select your DP Depository Participants, User Name, Email Address, and Date of Birth, and then click the send button.
4. If your information matches, you will see the message "New password has been sent to your email" after clicking the Send button.
5. The notice "The information you have supplied doesn't match with the registered information" will appear if your details do not match.
6. Therefore, you must first enter the correct personal information before receiving the email link for password reset.
